Clinical papers

LARS ligaments have been in clinical use for over 15 years and have demonstrated outcomes comparable with existing autograft and allograft results in over thousands of intra-articular cases. Unlike former generations of synthetic ligaments, no increased incidence of foreign body reaction or any other adverse reaction has been reported in literature. A large number of published papers in international journals, multiple book chapters and congress abstracts show that LARS ligament procedures lead LARSto high patient satisfaction, a shortened recovery time, an immediate restoration of stability and function,  sparing of tendon stock, minimal complications, and no pain due to tendon harvesting from the patient’s body or any other iatrogenic injury.
